* Executes phlebotomy duties on ages 0 to 21 years, including N = Neonate (less than 30 days), I = Infant (30 days to 1 year), EC = Early Childhood (1-5 years), LC = Late Childhood (5-13 years), A = Adolescent (13-17 years), and AD = 18-21.
