The supervisor will oversee and efficiently perform procedures and test as ordered for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. The supervisor will oversee that the maintenance of the analyzers, quality control, collection of specimens, maintaining of supplies in accordance with standards of practice and established policy and procedure. The supervisor will provide recommendations and action plans for the improvement of system processes in their section and/or area. Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree from a recognized college or university in Medical Technology or a closely related field is required. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three (3) years of clinical experience preferably in an acute care hospital setting. Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area applying for.
