Today, Piedmont Plastics is currently hiring for a CNC Programmer for our Cincinnati Branch. The Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Programmer inputs detailed instructions into a computer system that guides the CNC machine to perform precision machining jobs; sets-up, runs and adjusts all CNC machines and tools to perform machine operations and meet quality requirements. Work closely with the Fluid Sealing Team Coordinators. Work across multiple districts and customer groups. Collaborate with sales and production teams to understand customer requirements, promote sales of fluid sealing products, and provide sales support. Provide quotation packages based on project requirements and production schedules. Manage multiple projects at one time. Maintain accurate records of all correspondence received and sent, including quotations, sales orders, technical data, etc. Participates in project monthly meetings to discuss market information, pricing, and organizational goals. Qualifications: Knowledge of gasket and/or fastener industry, ISO requirements is preferred. 1-3 years sales and/or customer service experience is preferred. 1-2 years Trilogie experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail, understanding of quality vs quantity. Strong time-management skills with performing multiple functions in a fast-paced working environment and meeting deadlines. Strong ability to organize and prioritize work. Strong ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
