Key Responsibilities:
Project focus on upgrading advanced commercial printers at retail locations
Duties may include replacing printer parts, paper feed, power supply, changing the print head, changing toner drum, transfer belt, image unit
Perform complex upgrades and troubleshooting of printers, servers, hard drives, and monitor systems
Provide on-site technical support to internal or external customers in resolving complex or escalated technology issues on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment
Install and remove equipment and systems as required
Responsible for day-to-day operation of applications and equipment and serve as a customer contact on technical and service-related problems
Ensure that all schedules, transmission, on-line systems, and problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner
Serve as a liaison between customers, departments, and within the organization to lead problem resolution and change management processes
Determine the most cost-effective repair / resolution to minimize customer downtime.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key skills; Printers, commercial/large printer experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years of field service experience, specifically in commercial printers required
Must be able to do extensive traveling via plane and / or car
Must have commercial / large printer experience; Lexmark printer certification nice to have
Experience working on commercial printers and have an electronics / mechanical aptitude
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, databases and network security concepts and tools is required
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office application suite including MS Outlook
Experience with multi-platform Windows O/S required
Working knowledge of Rufus, Windows Server imaging, photo printing experience, ability to troubleshoot system connectivity, Windows configuration
Ability to work independently in a retail environment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Description
EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent
communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and
timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite
survey/inspection assignments in the Pierce, NE area, and other locations within approximately 45+ miles of Pierce.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to
insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a
commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct

manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a

Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and
improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses

construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the
business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial

Qualifications
Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,

Ensure product is made to documented specifications and procedures.
Review and maintain documentation to support production.
Identify and implement cost saving and method improvements.
Ensure designated department equipment is calibrated in accordance with procedures.
Work with the Quality department to determine root causes of non-conforming products and takes appropriate action.
Develop methods to track financial performance, operate within budgetary guidelines, maximize efficiency of machines and personnel, manage inventory of raw materials and work-in-process.
Report production and personnel status to the production superintendent.
Provide personnel guidance consistent with company human resources policies.
Lead and manage direct reports in all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) matters, ensuring their awareness, consistent implementation of procedures, accountability for training and performance, and proactive coaching for safe behavior and issue resolution.
Drive EH&S program objectives by effectively communicating goals, encouraging employee involvement, celebrating achievements, and actively participating in EH&S events, investigations, and audits.
Ensure strict adherence to all relevant safety standards and regulations, including ISO 13485, GMP, OSHA, and plant policies, while diligently observing safety precautions and promptly reporting all incidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
2+ years' experience in related field, preferred
Understanding of FDA regulations surrounding the manufacturing of medical devices, and GMPs, preferred
Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools, preferred
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs
Prior experience managing and leading a team, with a strong ability to motivate, coach, develop others, and collaborate effectively
