Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on the properties they have financial interest in. The lender contracts with GIS to have inspectors go out to verify the property occupancy, report general property conditions, letter delivery/posting, vacant interior walk-through or insurance repair progress report. Majority of our inspections are basic exteriors where some do require contact by door knock or letter delivery. In addition, there will be some inspections which require interior access to secured/vacant properties and appointment-based insurance loss inspections.

Job Description: Watercraft Inspection Stewards engage with the boating public, electronically enter waterbody-user information on mobile tablets, and familiarize the public with aquatic invasive species information. All stewards conduct watercraft inspections, identify aquatic invasive species, and inform the public about ways in which they can help prevent their further spread and establishment into new waterways. For select worksite assignments, stewards receive additional training to decontaminate boats. This includes operating high pressure hot water decontamination units as needed and setting up, maintaining, breaking down, and properly storing the decontamination units daily.
Hours and Pay: Stewards work 8 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week, from May 22 - September 7, 2026. Weekend and holiday work is required for full-time positions. Responsibilities include:Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems Monitor HVAC systems and operations and ensure that routine preventive maintenance performs according to established schedules and standards Respond to hot and cold calls, then troubleshoot and resolve issues Check, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes, and other functional components of the system Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
What You Bring:Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
1 or more years of related work experience.
Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done.
Minimum requirement is EPA CFC Universal Certificate.
Working knowledge of a variety of HVAC systems, including chilled water systems, variable air, variable refrigerant flow, single/multi-split and other commercial systems.
May be required to have previous BMS experience if working in a commercial environment.
