Act as a point of contact for clients, offering superior customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding print projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in print technology and techniques. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services needed for print projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Print Production, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in graphic design and print production, preferably in a similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Strong understanding of digital printing processes and prepress procedures. Experience with color management and quality control standards in print production. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strength to perform average lifting of up to 25 pounds and occasionally over 70 pounds; arm, hand, and finger dexterity with both hands involved in such activities as setting up and operating printing equipment; and good eyesight.
