Our shop directors are to be helpful in creating an environment that is inspirational, professional, and drama free. They are the immediate point of contact for all staff members who are employed at their shop and are responsible for ensuring their shops are fully open and operational during all business days and hours. While a Director may choose to delegate some of their tasks to Front Desk Coordinators, all Directors are expected to be fully comfortable performing all job duties outlined for Managers.
