Mark Douglas became president and chief executive officer of FMC in June 2020. He has led the company’s commercial, operational and technology organizations as president and chief operating officer of FMC since June 2018. Mr. Douglas was named president of the Agricultural Solutions business in October 2012, after being named president of the Industrial Chemicals Group in 2011. He joined FMC in March 2010 as vice president, Global Operations and International Development. Mr. Douglas was previously with The Dow Chemical Company where he was vice president, president Asia, Dow Advanced Materials. Prior to Dow, he was corporate vice president, president Asia, Rohm and Haas Company, based in Shanghai. During his 21 years with Rohm and Haas, Mr. Douglas held sales, marketing and executive management positions in London, Singapore, Shanghai and Philadelphia. Patrick Decker was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Xylem in March 2014, and he also serves on the Xylem Board of Directors. Xylem is a leading global water technology provider, serving customers in more than 150 countries with innovative solutions to their most complex water challenges. Under Mr. Decker’s leadership, Xylem has completed multiple acquisitions that collectively have expanded the company’s portfolio of smart water infrastructure solutions and advanced data analytics capabilities that are applied in water and critical energy services. Mr. Decker has also overseen an expansion of Xylem Watermark, the company’s corporate citizenship initiative. In addition to continuing its work to provide safe water resources for many of the world’s most vulnerable communities, Watermark now encompasses an ambitious employee volunteerism component that extends to all of Xylem’s nearly 17,000 colleagues. The company pledged to record 100,000 employee volunteer hours in water-related activities over a three-year period in Xylem communities around the globe. Mr. Decker joined Xylem from Harsco Corporation, a global industrial services company where he was President and CEO since 2012. Prior to that, he served in several leadership roles at Tyco International, including President of Tyco Flow Control, where he grew revenue significantly in emerging markets and executed the company’s largest acquisitions in Brazil and the Middle East. Earlier in his career, Mr. Decker held progressively responsible financial leadership positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, including nine years in Latin America and Asia. He started his career with Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Decker serves on the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Executive Council on Infrastructure, the Infrastructure Committee for the U.S. Business Roundtable, as well as the advisory council for the Dean of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Mr. Oliver has been a director of the Company since November of 2013. He has been the President and Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors, of Johnson Controls, Inc., since its merger with Tyco International Ltd. on September 6, 2016. Johnson Controls is a worldwide diversified technology and multi-industrial company. From 2012 until the merger with Johnson Controls, Mr. Oliver served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd., a global provider of fire protection and security systems. Mr. Oliver served as president of Tyco Fire Protection from 2011 to 2012, as president of Tyco Electrical & Metal Products from 2007 to 2010, and as president of Tyco Safety Products from 2006 to 2010. Before joining Tyco, he served in operational leadership roles of increasing responsibility at several General Electric divisions. Mr. Oliver also serves on the Board of Trustees of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
