Summary:
The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Working in settings such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, they create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy to help patients recover and become independent. Essential Work Functions:
Evaluate patients' physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment need
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of devices
Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and accurately document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize treatment outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to promote long-term functional recovery
Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards while addressing patients' comfort needs during therapy sessions
Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities to remain current with best practices in physical therapy
Collaborate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and continued patient progress in community or home-based settings
Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice

Summary:

Job Summary: Transports students and staff to various location by car, van, or bus for recreational and educational purposes. Performs and documents preventative maintenance, janitorial or corrective maintenance services, as assigned.
Duties:
Drive vehicles to designated destinations as assigned.
Compliance with state and local motor vehicle laws.
Ensure all vehicles are equipped with fire extinguishers, emergency warning lights, roadside flares/reflectors, emergency contact numbers, and well maintained first-aid kits.
Provide transportation to and from the center daily for nonresidential students.
Provide transportation to and from the center's designated arrival point for students using government-paid transportation.
Provide transportation for students to and from off-center training, work-based learning, and off-center activities.
Provide transportation for students to and from off-center medical/dental appointments.
Comply with company and Job Corps travel policies and all Federal travel guidelines.
Protect government credit cards and maintain receipts for all fuel and other purchases for audit.
When assigned, upload mileage and fleet usage in JC Suite of Applications.
Clean and inspect all vehicles weekly.
Implement practices to reduce the consumption of petroleum fuel through efficient fleet operations.
Drive safely and delivers students, staff, and products within deadlines.

Load and unload products from trucks and trailers, as assigned.

* All proficiency testing reports received are reviewed by the appropriate staff to evaluate the laboratory performance and identify any problems that require corrective actions
* An approved corrective action plan is followed when any proficiency testing results are found to be unacceptable or unsatisfactory
* Ensures that all necessary remedial actions are taken and documented whenever significant deviations from the laboratory's established performance specifications are identified, and that patient test results are reported only when the system is functioning properly
* Evaluates the competency of all testing personnel and assures that the staff maintain their competency to perform test procedures and report test results promptly, accurately, and proficiently

Reports To: Peer Mentor Manager
The Peer Mentor will serve as a strategic navigator for prime age employment gap (PAEG) participants, combining individualized mentorship with program execution. This position requires advanced judgement and the ability to influence project strategies, coordinate partner networks, and guide participants towards successful long-term employment outcomes.
This role will be in office 5 days a week. Satellite offices are located throughout the 54-county service territory.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Mentorship:
Support individualized employment training plans
Conduct advanced mentoring that includes goal setting, employment tracking, and barrier mitigation
Evaluate and adjust support approaches using measurable feedback and performance data
Operational Input & Coordination:
Lead the integration of peer support practices into broader project outreach efforts
Serve as a liaison to community partners, contributing insights to improve partner network strategies
Consult with program leadership to refine project procedures based on client trends and regional needs
Support client success in working with their Empowerment Coach and working through training plans
Compliance, Reporting, & Data-Driven Adjustments:
Maintain detailed client progress records and ensure CRM entries meet data accuracy and compliance standards
Provide ongoing strategic reporting to SOAR leadership on regional client outcomes, barriers, and programmatic recommendations
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies in alignment with SOAR protocol
Training & Resource Development:

Job Description:
May work up to 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays Gather eggs in a manner that prevents excessive breakage when assigned to a breeder farm Grade eggs according to category, size and condition.
