Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and direct employees in daily shipping/receiving tasks
Ensure timely and accurate shipment of finished goods to customers
Coordinate receiving and shipping priorities with Demand Planners
Complete and maintain shipping/receiving paperwork, files, and records
Verify compliance with USDA, SQF, customer, and company procedures
Operate and oversee pallet jack use (certification required)
Print labels, track inventory, and maintain product records
Load and oversee truck loading operations
Communicate effectively with management and team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Lift up to 70 lbs.
Stand/walk for 8-8.5 hours per shift
Use both hands/arms for tasks
Work in cold, wet, and damp environments (temperatures around 34°F)
Adapt to varying temperatures (35°F to outdoor conditions)
Pass Pallet Jack certification test

**Key Accountabilities**

**Qualifications**
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
+ Proven understanding of IT risk and control frameworks such as COSO, COBI, ITIL, ISO, NIST CSF.
+ Demonstrated professional experience with leading IT audit, IT operations and/or enterprise risk management risk assessment activities. Demonstrated commitment to staying apprised of leading practices.

**Compensation Data**
The expected salary for this position is $140,000 - $175,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
