It’s a job

The pay for starters, they make it really hard to work your full 40 hours to many Hispanic people working there massive language barrier. Nobody bothers to speak English.

I would raise the pay another four or five dollars an hour across-the-board I would guarantee 40 hours a week and I would try to work as many Saturdays as possible within reason

They gave me a call and I showed up it took them 40 minutes after I showed up on time to even call me in

I make less there than I did at Cargill I work harder for less money

White people are the minority there, so we are largely ignored

Not enough money the type of work that we do does not pay enough because we do hard physical work on a daily basis is

401 K is my favorite benefits because it helps you towards your retirement because people need money when they retire
