Position Overview The Panel Shop Lead Technician - Manufacturing & Installation plays a hands-on leadership role in the build and wiring of electrical control panels for internal and external customers at Pillar Innovations. Position Overview The Panel Shop Technician II - Manufacturing & Installation supports the build and wiring of electrical control panels for both internal and external customers at Pillar Innovations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid working knowledge of electrical control panels and wiring practices who is comfortable taking on more responsibility while continuing to grow their skills. In this position, you'll assist with panel assembly, basic troubleshooting, and repairs, while helping ensure panels meet quality standards.
