The ideal candidate would have extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, ideally including experience with leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments and/or other forms of private equity transactions.
Candidates should have a strong academic background along with exceptional research and writing skills.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree, a JD from an ABA-accredited US law school.
Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the New York bar.
Current or prior employment with an Am Law 100 firm is a plus.
New York Pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience, is $310k - $390k.
