Annual Salary Range: $125,537.78 - 138,091.57
Incentives Include:
15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Must Complete Training and Check Ride).
40,000 Retention Bonus (There is a 6 Month Waiting period and This is a 3 Year Program).

We're hiring a fixed wing King Air Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our King Airplanes. Scheduled shifts run 7/7 and service day or night trips. Safety is a key pillar of our services; therefore, all of our pilots work on a quality, professional team that are committed to high safety standards for the crew and our customers.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) Required.
Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
Valid and unexpired driver's license
Current FAA First or Second Medical Certificate
2,500 total flight hours
1,000 PIC hours
500 Cross Country hours
500 multi-engine hours
100-night hours
75 instrument (50 actual) hours
Responsibilities:
Pilot will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and company requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with both air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
Provide shift change info to transitioning pilot and team and follows protocols for recording company change board details.
Pilots are accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.
Working Conditions:
Required to work in outside weather conditions.
Must be able to work night, day, and overnight shifts as assigned.
May need to de-ice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft and maneuvering in and out of the hangar, prep the plane for flight.
Flight shifts may extend past 12 hours on occasion.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, balance, sit, crouch, kneel, or crawl unassisted for extended periods of time.
May assist with loading patients, lift and/or move up to 150 pounds cumulative with assistance.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

As a Experimental Test Pilot, you will support the development and field testing of a clean-sheet novel Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) uncrewed air system. In this position you will prepare aircraft for flight, conduct flight tests of the aircraft as the test pilot, and support the test engineering team during product development through the life of the developmental aircraft.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will help develop system test procedures and be directly involved in laboratory environment and surrogate open-air environment testing.
You will be expected to perform as a guiding member within the Test and Evaluation team and regularly interface with the rest of the test team, design office, and customer representatives.
You are directly responsible for the safe flight of the aircraft and will hold an advisory position on various safety reviews, design, and airworthiness reviews.
You will be directly involved with ground and flight testing of developmental aircraft to determine compliance with specification, validation of airworthiness and operational suitability.
You will work side-by-side with the Flight Test Engineers and Discipline Engineers to develop safe, effective and efficient test procedures, evaluate system and test safety, and verify the functional design of the system.
You will be expected to participate in flight operations efforts and support the direction of the flight test program.
You will work with other test pilots to develop Human Machine Interfaces, author flight procedures, develop and verify emergency procedures, and be directly involved with test team and control room training.
In preparation for ground and flight testing you will be an reviewer of test procedures, flight test plans, flight test cards, operating limitations, flight test schedules, flight test support documents, and ground handling documents.
You will attend system design and configuration control meetings and provide input to work through and decide on opening or closure/solutions for change requests. You will use your knowledge of the total system design and program requirements to determine change priority, timeline and test verification requirements leading up to software releases and aircraft block changes.
Faced with technical and execution challenges, you will be expected to develop creative solutions to unique problems. You will be biased for action - you are empowered to engage your team to solve and fix any problem you encounter.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Long-course graduate of a recognized test pilot school (TPS)
15+ years flight test experience, including first flight of new aircraft and envelope expansion.
1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command time or 500 hours in unmanned aircraft.
Civilian Commercial license with Instrument Rating.
Valid FAA Class 3 Medical, or international equivalent.
Ability to travel as required to support off-site aircraft testing.
Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly; apply them accurately; organize, schedule, and coordinate work phases; and, determine the appropriate approach at the task level or, with assistance, at the project level to provide solutions to a range of complex problems.
Must have strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on technical subjects and the authoring of numerous technical documents which support the safe operation of the aircraft.
Experience providing direct support authoring flight manuals and technical documentation necessary to operate developmental aircraft, and delivering configuration controlled publications to the customer.
Specialized training and experience in flying and evaluating new or significantly modified aircraft, systems, or technologies.
Strong computer and technical software experience (MATLAB, JIRA, DOORS, MS Office, CATIA, 3DX).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; able to perform complex tasks.
Able to work extended and irregular hours.

20+ years experience as a test pilot working with developmental aircraft

Role and Responsibilities
Command flight crew while responding to a variety of emergency and non-emergency scenarios.

Job Description
The UAS Test Pilot plays a critical role in the testing, training, and deployment of Swift's Unmanned Aerial Systems. This position is responsible for remotely piloting fixed-wing Group I, II, and III UAVs, operating Ground Control Stations (GCS), and developing key documentation. As part of an innovative team, the pilot will support the advancement of Swift's domestic and international UAS programs through hands-on development, flight testing, training, and operational support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as External Pilot for Group I, II, and III fixed-wing UAVs during flight testing and customer demonstrations
Operate Ground Control Stations (GCS) for UAS during all stages of flight
Develop and maintain UAS documentation including operations manuals, emergency procedures, and training materials
Conduct training for personnel on UAS operation, piloting, and GCS usage
Exercise independent judgment and problem-solving during manufacturing, flight testing, and operational scenarios
Manage UAS batteries to ensure readiness and safety
Operate and maintain launch and recovery systems as required
Perform site surveys and risk assessments for flight operations
Coordinate with FAA, air traffic control, and local authorities to ensure safe and legal operations
Apply knowledge of airspace classifications, restrictions, and waiver processes
Adhere to and help implement Safety Management Systems (SMS) or similar safety protocols
Respond calmly and effectively to in-flight and operational emergencies
Support system design, integration, and prototype assembly of UAS
Assist with proposal writing, product estimation, and customer interface
Collect, process, or analyze operational data for performance evaluation
Participate in and occasionally lead team meetings

Requirements
5+ years of experience flying RC fixed wing non-augmented or artificially stabilized aircraft.
Knowledge of UAS flight dynamics, ground control software, and mission planning tools
2+ years' experience in flight test support
Experience flying and supporting Group I, II, and III fixed-wing UAS
Experience developing operational manuals, training materials, and flight documentation
Knowledge of national and international airspace regulations, waiver processes, and compliance
Familiarity with safety systems like SMS
In-depth knowledge of UAS emergency procedures and contingency protocols
Experience with data collection and analysis in UAS mission environments
Hands-on experience building or integrating UAS hardware and systems
Must have a valid passport
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in field and mission-critical scenarios
Preferred:
4+ years of experience operating Group 1-3 Fixed-Wing UAS
2+ years' experience operating GCS for UAS
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
B.S. in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience
Skills and Abilities:
Strong RC piloting and GCS operation skills
Strong composites construction and repair experience
Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team
Capable of meeting time-sensitive milestones under tight deadlines
