This role is based in Melbourne, FL. and the candidate must be able to support 25% travel to other locations within the U.S. to support Palmdale CA and Edwards AFB, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Writer for development of operational documentation for program
- Engineering Liaison to brief asset hardware and software integration and changes/updates to stakeholders
- Conduct briefings and debriefings, and coordinates with maintenance personnel to analyze and correct vehicle discrepancies
- Conduct demonstration flights with customers, government officials or other personnel to exhibit vehicle performance, flying qualities and system capabilities as required
- Travel to test or customer sites as required
- Selected candidate must successfully complete GV training and qualification as a basis for continued employment
Provide engineering test pilot expertise and safety guidance to flight test engineers for design definition, simulator flights, test planning, flight test techniques, test conduct, test reporting and proposal preparation

Basic Qualifications:
+ Must have a Bachelor degree and 12 years of related professional/military experience to include a background in aerospace test activities OR a Master degree and 10 years of related professional/military experience to include a background in aerospace test activities.
+ Engineering Technical Liaison experience with developmental test
+ Demonstrated successes in and experience as Technical Writer for development of operational documentation for program
+ Will be required to understand and brief asset hardware and software integration and changes/updates to stakeholders
+ Must have experience as a flight test crew member
+ Must be commercial instrument rated pilot (FAA or military equivalent), with current FAA Class II Medical or better.
+ Must be willing to obtain and maintain the appropriate medical clearance(s), as defined per the customer's contracting requirements, for the duration of your employment
+ Must be willing to obtain and maintain all training qualifications, as needed per the customer's contracting requirements, for the duration of your employment
+ Must have a minimum of 1500 hours of flight experience as Pilot in Command
+ Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the Final adjudicated government Secret Clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.

Primary Level Salary Range: $178,600.00 - $268,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Key Duties.
* Safely operate and maintain a survey drone.

The Pilot Batch Specialist is responsible for executing pilot-scale batch manufacturing to support scale-up activities from R&D to full-scale production. The Specialist will work closely with R&D, Technical Services, and Compounding teams to translate lab-scale formulas into optimized, production-ready manufacturing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Pilot Batch Execution
Manufacture pilot batches following approved formulas and preliminary manufacturing instructions.
Accurately weigh, measure, and process raw materials in accordance with batch records and compounding procedures.
Operate pilot-scale mixing, heating, cooling, and homogenization equipment safely and effectively.
Scale-Up Support

Cross-Functional Collaboration

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pilot-in-Command reports to the Chief Pilot regarding Company policies and procedures. Duties will involve FAR Part 91/135 operations as part of a crew.
The Pilot-in-Command has the following responsibility for safe transportation of passengers, crewmembers, and cargo during all aircraft operations. He / She may delegate duties but not the responsibility of those duties.

Respecting aircraft performance (i.e., takeoff, en-route, landing, special operations, mountainous airports, etc.), Flight Crewmembers shall strictly adhere to Company operating policies and procedures so as to mitigate the potential of controlled flight into terrain (CFIT).
Responsible for flight planning taking into account:
The suitability of the weather,
Routing,
Airports, traffic conditions,
Airway facilities along the route to be flown,
Aircraft performance.
Responsibility to ensure that a flight initiated is completed as planned.
Institute all necessary changes as required by en-route conditions such that the flight may continue under appropriate procedures and rules.
Responsible for conducting the flight in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with the, but not limited to, the following items:
Reviewing and reporting the maintenance status of each aircraft.
The conduct of a proper preflight inspection in accordance with the approved Airplane Flight Manual or accepted preflight checklist.
A complete check of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and airport to be used.
Ensure the flight is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of this Manual, the Operations Specifications and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
To determine that weight and balance procedures are followed, and that the gross weight and CG of the loaded aircraft are within limits for operation.
Ensuring the safety of passengers, aircraft and crew.
Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.
The Pilot-in-Command must adhere to the Certificate Holders directions and instructions, and compliance with all operations specifications, regulations and policies set forth in this manual with regard to operational control under Part 135. Failure to do so by the PIC may result in legal action by the FAA.
The Pilot-in-Command must carry out his/her duties and responsibilities in a "professional manner" at all times. The Pilot-in-Command sets the example for all crewmembers with regards to proper conduct, appearance, alertness, discipline, adherence to policies and procedures and standards. The PIC is expected to have open communication, and to be receptive to input from all crewmembers, toward the shared goal of a safe flight operation.
Comply with all regulatory, operations specifications and policies and procedures in this manual.
Being a Pilot in Command requires to have FAA/DOT Part 120 Pre-Employment drug test, and enrolled in the random drug and alcohol testing program.

Adjunct (part-time) instructors are hired on an as-needed, term-by-term (or per course) basis. By applying for this position, you will be joining the part-time instructional pool for consideration as a prospective adjunct instructor. The Adjunct Instructor is directly accountable to the Program Director or Department Chair for the following duties and responsibilities.
The individual filling this position is expected to play a positive role in helping the College change as necessary to effectively carryout its mission.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide online/classroom/clinical instruction.
* Fulfill contractual obligations during the term.
* Conduct each class according to the approved syllabus.
* Utilize the approved textbook and/or other instructional materials as approved.
* Be fully prepared and on time.
* Utilize LMS following college policies and procedures.
* Submit attendance confirmation per college policies and procedures.
* Maintain course grades in LMS and submit grades at the applicable times.
* Support students by engaging them in class, answering questions in a timely manner, and referring them for additional support when necessary.
* Be familiar with and abide by college policies.
* Treat students and colleagues with respect and understanding of differences.
* Assist in development of curriculum as appropriate.
* Complete annual mandatory compliance training.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in aviation, avionics, aerospace, aeronautics or closely related field and current pilot license or similar license OR Master's with at least 18 graduate hours in a combination of qualifying field and current pilot license or similar license OR Bachelor's in qualifying field and a professional pilot license and two years' in-field experience.
* Post-secondary teaching experience preferred.
* Demonstrated evidence of professional growth through participation in continuing education and other related activities.
* Proficiency with teaching technologies, including lecture-capture software, such as Camtasia or Kaltura, and familiarity with web-conferencing software to facilitate synchronous online student support preferred.
* Experience in student engagement techniques preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
* All degrees must be from a regionally accredited postsecondary institution.
