Landstar System

Jim Gattoni serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Landstar, a worldwide, asset-light provider of integrated transportation management solutions. Mr. Gattoni, a Certified Public Accountant, has been a key member of the management team since he joined Landstar in 1995 as Corporate Controller, a position he held until 2001. In 2001, he was promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller and held that position until April 2007, when he was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2003, Carol joined the UPS Board of Directors and currently serves as chief executive officer. Before joining UPS, Carol served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Home Depot, Inc., one of the world’s largest retailers. Carol began her career as a commercial lender with United Bank of Denver (now Wells Fargo) and then spent several years as Director of Banking for Johns-Mansville Corporation.
