    PRODUCTION TEST PILOT / CFI Reports To: Director of Operations Status: Exempt RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct production flight test of new aircraft. This entails following an approved procedure to test and adjust the aircraft, engines, avionics systems, and other related systems to assure that the aircraft is in accordance with existing design and performance specifications. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Conduct production acceptance flight tests of Enstrom helicopters to assure the aircraft meets FAA certification standards. 2. Debrief engineering and manufacturing personnel of ground and flight discrepancies and provide technical assistance to aid in resolving discrepancies and problems. 3. Track & balance main rotor blade sets. 4. Conduct pre/post maintenance flights of customer aircraft to determine airworthiness and compliance with FAA standards. 5. Support Sales and Marketing by conducting demonstration flights. 6. Adhere to production acceptance test procedures and company SOP's. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • At least 1000 helicopter flight hours as Pilot in Command. • Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial and CFI certificate. • Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead. • Helicopter Instrument Rating is desirable. • A&P License is desirable. • Previous Enstrom flight time is desirable.
