Silent Falcon UAS is searching for UAS pilots located in Egg Harbor NJ who can support the FAA with researching the unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). This research involves exploring various aspects of UAS, including testing detection and mitigation systems and investigating their applications in airport environments. The research conducted by ATR commands significant attention due to its visible nature and ever-evolving objectives, which play a critical role in enhancing airport safety and optimizing the National Airspace System (NAS).
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct UAS flight operations in support of FAA research efforts in a safe and responsible manner
Submit FAA airspace authorizations, requests for waivers, and other necessary documentation
Coordinate with various stakeholders
Conduct preflight planning to include assessment of weather conditions, coordination with air traffic control and other relevant entities, briefings, and issuance of Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs)
Ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations and company standard operating procedures
Maintain accurate and complete flight logs and records
Perform and document minor maintenance/troubleshooting of UAS equipment, as required
Education and Experience
Must possess a current Part 107 certificate and have a minimum of 100 hours operating various UAS platforms
Bachelors degree in Unmanned Aircraft Systems or related aviation field preferred
Skills and Qualifications
High degree of flexibility and availability to travel
Must be able to pass FAA background screening

Job Summary
Responsible to ensure aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy to transport medical crew and patient to receiving hospital within an assigned operational area. Responsible for compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), General Operations Manual guidelines (GOM), and thorough knowledge of Air Methods policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
• Operates Air methods aircraft in a safe and legal manner.
• Completes pre-flight before every flight verifying the aircraft is in an airworthy condition by sign off of Daily Flight Log. Pilots will perform a complete walk around of the aircraft prior to entering the cockpit for flight and upon completion of each flight.
• Final authority with regard to operations of aircraft and for the safety of passengers, cargo and equipment.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with all aircraft and medical systems of backup aircraft utilized at operational area and also ensures that the medical flight team is familiar and comfortable with the medical interior and systems.
• Responsible for completion of required documentation.
• Able to conduct detailed flight planning with little notice to exacting standards
• Participates regularly in Air Methods meetings, activities, projects, committees and community outreach
• Performs other duties as assigned

Visual Flight Rules (VFR) Program - Minimum Required Flight Times:

• 200 hours of cross-country flight time, at least 50 hours of which were at night
• 100 hours unaided night as PIC (50 hours of unaided can be substituted for by 100 hours of NVG time, but cannot be reduced below 50 hours of unaided time)
• 50 hours total actual or hood instrument time in flight and in category (simulator time does not count) (for a RW candidate who is FW rated, 100 hours or greater of FW actual or hood Instrument time can reduce the RW required instrument time to 25 hours).

What does a successful Pilot in Command do at Fiserv?
The Pilot in Command (PIC) is responsible for the safety, supervision, and coordination of flight crew activities from the planning phase through the completion of the company trip, while remaining in compliance with all applicable regulations, rules, directives and company policy. What you will do:
Operate company aircraft safely and efficiently in compliance with all Company rules and regulations, manufacturer's limitations, manuals, and governmental regulations.
Supervise the activities of the flight crew.
Maintain necessary ratings, qualifications, and certificates.
Implement and maintain the Safety Management System by executing tasks derived from the safety reporting system and as assigned by the VP of Flight Operations.
What you will need to have:
5+ years of aviation experience
FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate (endorsed as English Proficient) and Current FAA First Class medical certificate.
Flight time requirements met: 3000 total flight hours, 2000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), and 1000 hours in jet aircraft.
Gulfstream V series (GV, G550, G450) and/or Gulfstream VII (G600, G500) type rating
Successful completion of flight, ground, and simulator training in the last 12 months.
Current requirements met by Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 61, land, instrument and Pilot in Command (PIC) currency.
8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience.

Salary Range
$186,000.00 - $285,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

We are looking for an experienced Pilot Bakery & Commissioning Coordinator to lead operations in our state-of-the-art pilot bakery and manage the commissioning of new production lines throughout the U.S. and Canada.
