We do not operate a floating fleet which means you'll generally be home every night, though heavy aircraft are away from base more often then smaller aircraft. Our crews conduct diverse operations everywhere from major hub airports to mountain ski resorts and oceanic crossings. Typically pilots reside within 1 -hour of KLAS. We staff each plane with 3 pilots or more pilots, which allows both full time and flexible schedules. If you volunteer to fly on one of your days off, then you will receive a day rate for each one of those days.
