**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
+ Be either an active student at a certified flight school (part 61 or 141) or actively engaged in time building, including military flying, toward becoming a commercial pilot
+ Be a U.S. citizen or able to show proof of right to work in the U.S.
+ May not have more than two check ride failures
+ Most actively update flight hours, 1x per month, through your skywestonline portal to stay enrolled in the program
If not enrolled at one of SkyWest's elite partners you must also meet the following:

Responsible to ensure aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy to transport medical crew and patient to receiving hospital within an assigned operational area. Responsible for compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), General Operations Manual guidelines (GOM), and thorough knowledge of Air Methods policies and procedures.

Operates Air Methods aircraft in a safe and legal manner.
Completes pre-flight before every flight verifying the aircraft is in an airworthy condition by sign off of Daily Flight Log. Pilots will perform a complete walk around of the aircraft prior to entering the cockpit for flight and upon completion of each flight.
Final authority with regard to operations of aircraft and for the safety of passengers, cargo and equipment.
Must be thoroughly familiar with all aircraft and medical systems of backup aircraft utilized at operational area and also ensures that the medical flight team is familiar and comfortable with the medical interior and systems.
Responsible for completion of required documentation.
Able to conduct detailed flight planning with little notice to exacting standards.
Participates regularly in Air Methods meetings, activities, projects, committees and community outreach.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) at GMR/Guardian Flight are responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fixed Wing fleet across multiple locations within the Company footprint. Technicians will support our KingAir B200, C90, Pilatus PC-12. This is a key role to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients.
Responsibilities:
* Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
* Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures.
* Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards.
* Take pride in sustaining a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
