Job Description
Bring your technical talent to our Pilot Team! NOT too good to be true, you will receive a substantial annual bonus, be off on weekends and NO on-call! You are dispatched from home and work 45-50+ hours a week (even during winter). Company service vehicle, all tools, equipment, cellular phone/iPad and laptop provided. Come play an important part of keeping roughly 15 of our store locations running smoothly near Pennsville, NJ.
The purpose of this job is to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of facility HVAC/R, food service equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems within various food and retail locations.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair based on warranty and industry standards
* Communicate with service tech supervisor and store management to report repair status
* Complete same day work order repair notes and forward to supervisor; ensure charge allocations are entered accordingly
* Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are available
* Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms in accordance with company standards
* Ensure facility interiors and exteriors are inspected for safety and maintenance issues
* Ensure repairs, equipment, and work activities are performed in accordance with OSHA regulations
* Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
* Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
* Valid state driver's license and positive driving history required
* Minimum three years' recent maintenance experience of commercial HVAC systems required; certification preferred
* Minimum three years' recent maintenance experience to include repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment required
* Basic knowledge, understanding, and ability to repair commercial plumbing and electrical systems required
* Basic understanding of OSHA guidelines, policies, and procedures
* Basic knowledge of the functionality of a Building Management System (BMS) and Energy Management System (EMS)
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Provide basic troubleshooting and maintenance for scenic elements, sound system, video equipment, special effects equipment, lighting system, lighting fixtures or other technical components.
Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards through all assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Knowledge of technical theater, including but not limited to: theater safety, audio and lighting systems, special effects, video, theatrical scenery and drapery, set decorating, scenic and prop construction, maintenance and repair.
College level experience in Theatre or related discipline or equivalent related employment experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to work flexible schedule including early mornings/days/evenings/late nights/weekends/holidays.
Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Be capable of successfully interacting with various entertainers, technicians, outside contractors, entertainment and park staff, and personnel from other departments.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Hands on capability to operate technical equipment and troubleshoot technical problems.
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions and in both natural and artificial lighting.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily outdoors in all weather conditions. Lighting is both natural and artificial. Equipment used includes radios, microphones, and cleaning tools. Ensure that all HVAC & R equipment is having the preventive maintenance done according to manufactures or health department requirements.
Ensure that onsite HVAC & R parts are stocked for the necessary repairs.
Ensure that if preventive maintenance or repairs to any HVAC & R equipment that gets completed that all areas are cleaned and disposed of.
Ensure that the logging of equipment data, equipment repairs, and refrigerant usage are maintained.
Ensure that tools and instruments used for repairs of the HVAC & R equipment are in good working order or even sent out for testing if required.
Ensure that OSHA requirements are followed for the safety when working by oneself, working around other employees and around our guest using public areas.
Ensure that the proper safety equipment is used when working around HVAC & R equipment or the use of tools.
Ensure that there is minimal loss of efficiency all parts and tools needed for the repairs are taken all at the same time to do the job.
Responsible for the tools to be returned in its rightful place.
Ensure to maintain MSDS sheets for any liquids, chemicals, or powder products use in the HVAC & R department.
