    Job Title: Campus Receptionist Serves as the primary, on-site point of contact for our Albuquerque campus, providing a welcoming and professional first impression to all students, staff, and visitors. This is 100% in-person role essential for the daily operations of our fast-paced medical college. The receptionist supports academic and administrative functions through exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking. Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Greet visitors, students, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner, assisting them with their requests. Manage a high volume of incoming calls, determine the purpose of calls, route them to appropriate personnel, and take detailed messages. Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Distribute all incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages. Provide clerical support, including typing, data entry, and assisting with the filing, scanning, and copying of documents. Assist the Office Manager and other departments with school events such as graduation, new student orientation, and appreciation events. Send for and receive student transcripts and verifications, handling all documentation in compliance with institutional policies and FERPA regulations. Provide general administrative support to the Campus Director, Office Manager, and department leads as needed. The list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented. MARGINAL FUNCTIONS Performs other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework preferred. One (1) year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative. Experience in a higher education or healthcare setting is preferred. Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy and word-processing proficiency required.
