Talent & Employee Lifecycle Management Processes employee onboarding and offboarding responsibilities, including conducting orientation sessions, managing documentation, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Participates in evaluating and monitoring training programs to ensure success. HR Operations & Strategy Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and consult with HR leadership for strategic decision-making. Design and implement processes in workflow and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
