Emily Sharko is a Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer for Tactical Opportunities based in New York. As CAO of Tac Opps, Emily is involved with the administrative management including staffing of assignments, recruiting and training, career development, performance reviews and compensation, business expansion opportunities, group culture and other administrative aspects of the group’s activities. Prior to joining Tac Opps in 2015, Ms. Sharko was the CAO for Park Hill Group, a division of Blackstone. Before joining Blackstone in 2011, Ms. Sharko spent 13 years practicing law, most recently as an attorney in Morgan Stanley's U.S. Litigation Department and a Director in Citigroup's Regulatory Enforcement Group. Ms. Sharko began her legal career at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Ms. Sharko received a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania, a Diploma in Economics from The London School of Economics, and a JD from Columbia Law School.

Joe Gantz is a Founding Partner at Sbic Funding Corp, Executive Advisor at Pine Brook Partners, and Chairman at Mercy College and is based in New, York. Rob Jackowitz is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of both BayPine and Declaration Partners, which he joined in 2018. Prior to that, he was a Partner and Managing Director at Pine Brook Partners, a New York-based growth equity firm where he oversaw the firm’s finance, operations and compliance functions.

Prior to Pine Brook, Mr. Jackowitz was Treasurer and CFO of ESL Investments and Senior Vice President and CFO of Harvest Partners. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years with Schroders across various divisions.

Mr. Jackowitz currently serves on the board of Steward Partners Holdings as well as on the New York PE/VC regional board of the Financial Executives Alliance. He holds a BA from The George Washington University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
