About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
· You will perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
· You will monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions.
· You will perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
· You will install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the plasmapheresis machines
· You will stock supplies, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal.
· You will take and record donor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature measures and monitor electronic donor questionnaire system.
· You will perform finger sticks, test sample, and record other donor measures to include hematocrit, total protein, and weight.
· You will enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS).
· You will coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
· You will support the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures including 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year

Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, generous annual and sick leave, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan.

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.

Position Summary
Performs sampling, pipeline transfers, inventories and barge inspections including line condition surveys. Performs vessel inspections under the direct supervision of a Senior Inspector. Specific Responsibilities:
Assist with repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures
Help insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of installation supplies on vehicle
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in the Auto Glass Industry is a Plus
Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc.
Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
Professional appearance and personality
Automotive, Residential or Commercial experienced Installer must have a valid driver's license. $15-$20 per hour plus bonus structure.

Summary/Objective:
The Field Services HSE Manager will manage and coordinate Safety within a client's site to ensure all regulatory provisions and procedures are being applied.
The Field Services HSE Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of the local HSE improvement plan and advises and supports site management and operational staff to promote employee health, safety, and environmental performance.
Responsibilities:
Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.
Applies advanced Health & Safety process principles to multiple tasks.
Proficient in area of specialization and contributes in other disciplines.
Develop, implement, and manage safety/environmental programs, policies and procedures.
Identify hazardous conditions/actions within the plant and recommend corrective measures.
Investigate and prepare presentations for all incidents and property losses as needed.
Organize and oversee all required safety training, i.e. fork truck, lockout, and new hire onboarding.
(ISO 13485).
Provide Supervisors/Branch Managers with safety training information for weekly and monthly safety meetings.
Identify gaps in training curriculum by analyzing injury/illness data.
Manage the contractor safety program and ensure compliance.
Assist inspection personnel from insurance carriers, OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.
Manage all federal, state, and local environmental permits and ensure compliance.
Assist in purchasing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Prepare monthly incident summary reports.
Supervise maintenance of OSHA 300 log, and Safety teams.
Assist with the administration of the worker's compensation program.
Assist with all property/casualty insurance claims.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
5-10 years of Midstream HSE Manager experience.
CSP is required.
Familiarity with facilitating and leading incident analysis (taproot, 5 whys, cause mapping).
Knowledge of Operator Qualifications in midstream oil and gas sector
Extensive experience related to injury case management and knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping standard.
Willingness to travel in and out of state greater than 50%.
Clean MVR.
Clean DISA background.
Valid Driver's License.
Experience in Safety Health and Environment (SHE).
Experience in Risk Management / Mitigation.
Experience in OSHA Regulatory Compliance.
Experience in Occupational Safety and Health System (ISO 45001:2018 or equivalent).
Experience in First Aid (CPR/AED).
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of industrial hygiene, air monitoring for heavy metals and asbestos, and noise abatement.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization and exchange complex information.
