Maintain WIP & finished product identified regarding inspection status & traceability by placing TAGs/labels on pallets and crates indicating purchase order, part number, work order, date, quantity, etc. Fill paperwork timely by adding production output data to the routers, stating time, dates, quantities, approvers etc.; make sure info is accurate, clear and complete. Identify and segregate any nonconforming product and notify supervisor for determining further actions. Carry out daily preventive maintenance and inspection to machinery, tooling and auxiliary equipment, including trucks following the customized check lists; report any item noticed out of compliance from OSHA and company regulations. Dispose scrap, broken pallets, lubricants and other chemicals timely, using allotted containers/dumpsters as indicated by HMT procedures. Sort, set in order and clean tools, shadow boards, machinery, floors, cabinets, transportation carts, etc. in compliance with 5S program and the weekly tasks schedule. Other tasks as required by HMT management. Qualifications Required: High school or vocational training, preferable. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferably sheet metal fabrication. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawing. Maintain daily production performance above 90%. Successfully completed forklift training.
