Responsibilities
Assess care needs of individuals, developing and continually reassessing plans of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Collaborate with physicians to provide and coordinate nursing care for individuals and groups.

Document, report, and verify information according to established policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
