    The CIA works collaboratively with the medical and clinical staff to improve quality, efficiency and patient experience by managing and utilizing data to drive improvements. Interpret payer and BMP data reports to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize value-based improvements. Efficiently communicate practice level data to BMP offices as well as interaction with patients and staff to help drive improvement in those opportunities. Attend workshops and may be asked to demonstrate or present new strategies and/or workflows within EHR. Attend departmental and/or office meetings of assigned offices. Effectively communicate all quality initiatives and updates, along with corporate quality goals and metrics. Relay physician concerns and recommendations to the appropriate personnel. Actively participate in BMP quality activities. Receive and review data and reports such as Highmark and UPMC Gap reports, Corporate Quality Scorecard and TruePerformance Reports. Identify trends and patterns for improvement as assigned. Participate in BMP workgroups related to quality issues. Responsible for key clinical quality projects and initiatives, as assigned. Assist BMP administration in managing scorecard and benchmarking projects. Support performance improvement initiatives related to Quality within the physician practices. Assist in data collection. Incorporate into practice performance improvement initiatives that have been implemented.
