The Job/What You'll Do:
The successful Head of Business Development will act as the senior client and prospect engagement officer for AssetMark/Adhesion's RIA expansion efforts. The role is primarily accountable for driving growth in the RIA market by leading the identification of and discussions with high-value prospects to increase platform AUM and channel revenue. The successful candidate will act as a "player-coach" to the Senior Solutions Consultants and is intended to act as an exemplar of executive-level engagement and prospect management.
In addition, the Head of Business Development will assist with and assign opportunities to the Senior Solutions Consultants in each territory to qualify, educate, and obtain AUM commitments from new advisors. Finally, the Head of Business Development will be responsible for creating and defining a sales plan to expand our client base in the western half of the US.

About the Role
The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for working closely and effectively with a multidisciplinary care team (including nutrition, medical, psychiatry, and mentorship) and utilize evidenced based care modalities (such as FBT and CBT-E). The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for evidence based treatment delivery, quality documentation, and ongoing assessment of patients' and families' needs.
The Licensed Therapist role involves emotionally rewarding but inherently difficult work. To ensure continuity of care for both patients and providers, we are committed to offering benefits that support long-term well-being and job satisfaction. The Licensed Therapist has Flex PTO (recommended 3-5 weeks), which we encourage all providers to take, as well as company holidays. They also have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a company-paid resource for mental health, legal services, financial support, and more. We know this work is hard, and strive to take care of our people who work so hard taking care of others.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, between 8am-8pm. Each work day is 8 hours + lunch, breaks, and 2 late work days where your day starts later and also ends later (8 PM) in your patient population's time zone. For example, we have Eastern Time, Central Time, and Pacific Time therapists. If you are hired as an Eastern Time therapist, your hours will be in Eastern time, given that the majority of your patients will live in Eastern Time. Or if you are hired in Mountain Time and the majority of your patients are in Pacific Time, your hours will be in Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
* Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting.
* Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments for patients across the lifespan with eating disorders and their loved ones.
* Maintain a caseload of 30-40; with the expectation being 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time dedicated to administrative tasks.
* Participate in initial and ongoing trainings.
* Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers.
* Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip's EMR in accordance with Equip's policies and procedures.
* Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
* Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip (licensure costs will be covered by Equip).
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must Haves
* Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy from at least one US state in this posting's time zone.

This is a senior, hands-on role that blends technical leadership, architectural vision, and agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and testing of customized self-service IVR and AI-driven virtual agent applications using Genesys tools (Genesys Cloud Architect, Dialog Engine, and others).
* Partner with customers, business owners, and technical SMEs to define requirements, design call flows, and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
* Drive architecture design and integration with external platforms including Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex.
* Define and tune ASR grammars to optimize accuracy and performance in natural language understanding (NLU) and speech applications.
* Provide technical estimates and lead end-to-end solution delivery through agile methods.
* Mentor developers, influence best practices, and contribute to operational strategies that align with Genesys' long-term vision.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with UI designers, QA engineers, product owners, and scrum masters to ensure quality outcomes.
* Execute test scripts, perform UAT and QA validation, and deliver solution knowledge transfer to customers and partners.
* Provide feedback to product and engineering teams regarding APIs, documentation, and product features.
* Demonstrate flexibility to support distributed global teams and customers across time zones.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 8+ years of software development or professional services experience, with 6+ years focused on IVR, routing, or AI-based bot development.
* Proven success leading technical project delivery and solution architecture initiatives.
* Expertise with speech and NLU platforms, including Genesys Cloud, Google Dialogflow, and Amazon Lex (webhook/fulfillment integration required).
* Experience defining and tuning ASR grammars and leveraging advanced speech recognition engines.
* Strong understanding of IVR architecture components such as telephony, caching, prompt servers, ASR, and diagnostics.
* Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments and drive user story creation and backlog prioritization.
* Hands-on programming experience in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage customer relationships, navigate complex technical discussions, and resolve escalated issues.
* Must be able to work U.S. hours and travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
* GCP or AWS certification.
* Experience developing Genesys applications using Architect, Dialog Engine, Composer, Designer, or Intelligent Automation.
* Experience with predictive routing and IVR integration across premise and cloud environments.
* Familiarity with generative AI applications in conversational design.
* Experience tuning bot intents and performance analytics.
* Additional language fluency is a plus.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
