YOU WILL:
Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and sales representatives, quickly assesses customer needs and proactively provides solutions.
Keep customers informed on the status of their order, reconcile errors in a cost-effective manner, resolve post-order issues such as returns and follows up to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled.
Drive repeat business by providing, excellent service, accurate and thorough product and service knowledge to customers and through relationship building with customers.
Where needed, act as liaison between customer and manufacturer, as well as between customer and freight carrier.
Maintain thorough knowledge of PING products, services and the production process.

Partner with Credit Department and submit credit/debit requests and billing/shipment corrections as needed.
Collaborate with the Customer Service Analyst Team to ensure accuracy of automated orders.
Understand company credit process to research and answer inquiries regarding account balances and shipment problems.
YOU HAVE:
Requires a High School diploma or GED plus a minimum one year directly related Customer Service experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer Service Repair experience preferred. Must possess proficient computer knowledge, including PING's mainframe application.
Skilled at consistently providing outstanding customer service, following through on responsibilities to customers and recovering from any errors made.
Demonstrated ability to complete projects and assignments accurately, catching errors before completion, despite a large workload, competing demands and a fast-paced environment.

- Govern third-party‑ / supplier compliance (security and privacy requirements, contractual clauses, assessments) and track risk treatment.
- Advise leadership on risk acceptance and authorization determinations; ensure decisions reflect organizational risk tolerance and mission impacts
- Integrate policy, standards, and A&A activities with security architecture/engineering and IT operations to embed compliance by design.
- Monitor emerging regulations and technologies; update policy and control baselines accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIPM, CGEIT, or CISSP (preferred).
- 5+ years in IT Compliance / GRC, including RMF based A&A, policy governance, audit management, and third party risk.
- Hands on with NIST control baselines, ISO/IEC 27001 controls, SOX ITGCs, and privacy obligations,
- Experience with GRC platforms, evidence automation, and cloud compliance tooling.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting skills.

Product Specialist:
* Works closely with internal business partners to deliver the full capabilities of Vanguard's offer to our clients.
* Partners with aligned field sales teams to position sales ideas and ways we can increase engagement with prioritized clients.
* Possesses a deep understanding of the advisor industry, trends in the marketplace, and competitor products and offerings.
* Important input to overall client strategies with an eye on flawless execution.
* Utilizes data to understand trends and assess best opportunities.
* Can communicate effectively with clients and all levels of the organization.
* Manages the sales opportunity pipeline, provides regular updates, and thinks creatively about how to win new business.
What it takes:
* Five years related work experience. At least two years of working within intermediary advisor distribution. National accounts experience preferred.
* Undergraduate required. Graduate degree preferred.
* CFA, CIMA, CFP, etc preferred.
* This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
