Job Highlights ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation) * Oversees and coordinates all administrative procedures, manages office supply inventory, and maintains a clean and organized workspace. * Manages office budgets, processes invoices, and handles expense reporting. * Coordinates meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and executives. Acts as a liaison between departments and external vendors. * Manages relationships with external vendors and suppliers, and ensures the office has the necessary equipment and services. * Acts as a point of contact between the Site Chiefs, CGB president, Chief CRNA, and corporate office staff to answer questions, provide recommendations, align processes, or request materials, including IT support. * Maintains executive administrative support functions including organization of transportation and travel reimbursement for participants and speakers, calendars and shared calendars for multiple staff members, office records including office procurements and reimbursement procedures and record of meetings for CGB and Legislative Advisory Committee, and coordinates meetings for Physicians, CRNAs, and all other committees as needed. * Assists with meeting coordination, set up/tear down, and minute taking as needed for Gulf Coast Platform. * Manages compilation of data for creation and ongoing maintenance for MSO/Practice PowerPoint presentations. * Supports leadership team with new hire orientation. * Participates in the Culture Committee, coordinates USAP Cares events, and works with the MSO team to create platform newsletter. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs): * Associates Degree: Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Minimum 3-5 years of related experience. * Demonstrates competence in working effectively as a team member, as well as independently. * Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of basic financial administration, including budgeting and expense management. * Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with staff, clients, and leadership. * The physical demands described here are representative of those that may need to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ensure proper integration of FF&E into architectural plans and construction schedules. General Responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of TMC projects. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Required Qualifications: 3-5+ years' experience with Architecture or Interior Design background Strong interpersonal communication, project organization and people management skill Demonstrated self-starter with ability to organize projects around competing priorities Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Excel, Adobe CS and Microsoft Project. Experience in Procore preferred but not required Strong communication skills in verbal and written format Strong knowledge of architectural details and high-end design.
