RESIDENTIAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN
Pinnacle Peak Recovery is a Scottsdale-based detox, inpatient and PHP/IOP extended treatment facility treating adult men and women recovering from the effects of substance dependence. At PPR, our goal is to assist our clients in regaining the life they were intended to have, prior to drug/alcohol addiction. We work together as a multi-disciplinary team, to treat each client individually with the highest level of clinical and medical interventions available. Our staff are dedicated, skilled and passionate about working with recovering men and women.
POSITION SUMMARY: Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for helping clients identify and achieve their goals and meet their needs through being the resident liaison. Acting as a safety observer for both the clients and the facility. This is a highly responsible position that involves providing transportation for residents and assists residents in a supportive manner to follow facility rules and seek assistance from the clinical or administrative staff to help the client achieve their goals. This position may require additional shift work in the event of an emergency or disaster.
SCHEDULE: Varies, Flexible to allow 24/7 coverage
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete regular rounds and documentation of what occurred during shift.
Follow and comply with medication assistance policies and procedures.
Monitor the facility for client safety, infection control issues and report any potential health or safety issues to the Supervisor immediately.
Facilitate psychoeducation/recovery groups and complete documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Assist in meal preparation as needed.
Participate in Utilization Management and Quality Management activities.
Monitor urine drug screen testing and vital sign assessments and complete documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Facilitate transportation of clients as needed.
Complete or assist in client intake and discharge processes.
Complete regular searches of client, belongings and facilities.
Maintains and performs facility set up, cleaning, organization and inventory in accordance with facility standards.
BHT's are required to stay awake and aware through their full shift - if BHT falls on shift this may result in termination and/or immediate drug testing.
Other duties as assigned.

Regularly collaborate with treatment team via written and verbal communication regarding coordination of client care, resolution of client and facility issues and completion of job duties.

Position Overview: The Utilization Review Coordinator is an analytical, detail-oriented and organized professional responsible for all Utilization Review functions. The UR Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to pre-certification, and initial and concurrent reviews for client's treatment. This position works as part of the billing team and closely with the clinical and medical teams to act as a liaison between Pinnacle Peak Recovery and the insurance organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews benefit verification with insurance organizations for covered services and precertification requirements.
Inputs reviews into the Utilization Review calendar to ensure timely scheduling of reviews.
Gather and analyze all information in client chart.
Ability to review client records in depth and work with treatment team to gather required medical and clinical information to support client's admission and continued stay.

On an ongoing basis, identify potential review problems and discuss them with supervisor and applicable departments.
Coordinates peer to peer and/or doctor to doctor reviews with insurance organizations and medical and/or clinical treatment team.
Document contact and outcomes of reviews with insurance organizations as indicated in a timely manner.
Completes retro authorization appeals as needed.
Creates, maintains, and tracks various utilization review reports.
Able to interact with diverse client population.
Assists with completing various client assessments.
Assists with various chart audits and reports.

Primary Job Duties:
The Director, Game will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:
* Planning and coordinating Cardinals game day entertainment including, but not limited to pre-game presentations, National Anthem, color guard, half-time performances, in-game promotions, and outdoor entertainment.
* Executive producer for video board presentation, run of show, and in game show direction.
* Create game day entertainment timelines, scripts for PA and Game Presentation production/presentation.
* Work with Cardinals Business, Broadcast, Production, and Stadium Operations departments executing game day.
* Devise new and creative pre-game events, in-game entertainment, and stadium promotions.
* Oversee game day entertainment and promotions staff including cheerleaders, drumline, flag runners, mascot, production, and promotional staff.
* Serve as the direct report for Director / Cardinals Cheerleaders and Coordinator.
* Planning and execution of team special events including, but not limited to Draft Party, Day #3 Draft, Cardinals Climb, Golf Outings, Parades and any additional team marketing or promotional events.
* Provide support to Cardinals Charities and Community Relations events.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education, training, and experience)
* Experience: At least seven (7) years of experience in professional broadcast sports entertainment, NFL or Special Events experience a plus.
* Passionate and knowledgeable about the sports, entertainment, and special event industry.
* Ability to work with and supervise a variety of staff.
* Work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and solve problems in a high-stress, fast-paced live event/production environment.
* Must be detail-oriented and highly self-motivated with a shared commitment to excellence.
* Strong understanding of brand standards.
* Ability to lift 25lbs.
* Willingness and ability to travel 2 - 3 times a year for air travel and overnight stays for appearances, conferences, league meetings, and team events.

Duties: Under the direction of the Aquatic Manager, the Lifeguard is responsible for the following:
Presenting a positive image of the Peoria Park District and the Aquatics Operation.
Enforcing all pool rules at all times.
Attending In-Service training on a weekly/monthly basis.
Maintaining ILTP technical rescue skills competency at “test ready” levels at all times during the period of licensure.
Maintaining mental and physical skill levels also at a “test ready” level.
Enforcing and maintaining the 10/20 Protection Standard at all times.
Making sure to perform “bottom checks” each rotation in and out of the lifeguard chair.
Not leaving post except for a rescue or when relieved by another lifeguard or supervisor.
Caring for all equipment and replacing it in the correct place after each use.
Being able to work the assigned shift.
Completing cleaning duties, such as, but not limited to the following:
Moving chairs
Sweeping
Mopping
Scrubbing the deck
Cleaning restroom areas
Restocking restrooms
Taking the trash out
Vacuuming and cleaning pools
Wiping down windows
Pulling weeds
Spreading mulch
Following all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed. Supporting all aspects of the Park District's safety procedures.
Performing all other duties as required.
Essential Functions:
Maintain your swimming ability at the “test-ready” level. Must be able to swim 200 yards using freestyle or breaststroke or a combination of both strokes and complete this in 4 minutes or less.
Able to perform a feet-first surface dive and retrieve a 10 lb. weighted brick and bring it to the surface.
Must be able to tread water for 2 minutes only using legs.
Maintain the ability to be able to rescue an adult from the deepest point of the training pool, bring them to the surface, perform “team” management by executing an extrication onto the pool deck, and perform a scenario that could involve: rescue breathing, CPR, possible obstructed airway, or spinal management.
Able to move and connect pool chemical containers weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
Education: High school or college student preferred.
Experience: Previous experience swimming preferred. Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
Certification: Current Ellis Lifeguard certification or the ability to obtain this certification.
Knowledge and Ability:
Considerable ability as a swimmer plus skills in water rescue work and resuscitation.
Knowledge of principles and practices of pool rules, policies, and procedures.
Ability to work harmoniously with the public and fellow employees in an enthusiastic and cooperative manner.
Ability to effectively communicate in both speaking and writing.
Good/sound working relations with all aquatic employees.
Knowledge of aquatics and aquatic safety.
Ability to anticipate problems with the staff schedule and make corrections immediately.
Ability to be professional, respectful, accountable, innovative, to follow safety procedures, and be equitable to both internal and external customers.
