Their communications services include local voice services, long distance, high speed broadband using Fiber Optics, DSL and T1 facilities providing Ethernet connections to their customers with speeds exceeding 1Gbps. They also provide advanced Internet applications such as colocation facilities, and call center disaster backup services. Their headquarters in Fort Smith, Arkansas houses a 6000 sq. ft. data center with redundant power and air conditioning. Their goal is to provide their customers with the very best telecommunications service and support found ANYWHERE! Their customer satisfaction is one of the best in the industry and their focus on personal attention to their customers is reflected in the high loyalty ratings that they receive.
