Mr. James D. Rollins, III, has been Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of BancorpSouth Inc. He has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of the Company, effective April 23, 2014. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Prosperity Bancshares, Inc., headquartered in Houston, Texas, and director of Prosperity Bancshares from 2006 to 2012. Mr. Rollins served as Senior Vice President of Prosperity Bancshares from 2001 until 2006, and became President of Prosperity Bank in 2005. Mr. Hieb served as President and Chief Risk & Credit Officer of DNB from April 2011 to January 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Hieb served as President and Chief Operating Officer of DNB from January 2005 to April 2011. Mr. Hieb is a Board Member of the Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools and West Chester University's President's Corporate Advisory Council. Mr. Hieb has previously served on the board of directors for the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry, the Chester County Historical Society, the Chester County Economic Development Council, the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry Foundation, the Downingtown Area School District Education Foundation, the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, and The Housing Partnership of Chester County. Mr. Hieb’s knowledge and experience in commercial banking, including lending, credit administration, wealth management, risk management and operations during his career strengthens the Board's collective qualifications, skills and experience and qualifies him to serve on the S&T Board.
