Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 8 and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing. Tax Credit compliance training preferred. Financial - In conjunction with the property Asset Manager, the Manager will assist in formulation of budgets for each upcoming calendar year. The Manager is responsible for staying within the established budget guidelines throughout the year.
Oversees all daily operations of the property, including:
· Ensures that all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner. Makes sure that all bank deposits are made daily. Performs evictions, utility cut-offs, and tenant notices as required on delinquent rents.
· Provides constant vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings, vendor relations, W9's, and certificates of insurance. Manager is responsible for approving and submitting all invoices in a timely manner to corporate office for payment.
· Maintains all on site local and state licenses.
· Oversees all daily operations of the property.
· Approves property expenditures and oversees petty cash.
Personnel
· Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all on-site property staff in order to achieve operational goals of assigned property. This process includes new employee orientation, review and approval of timesheets, and instructing and advising on-site staff of employee policies and procedures.
· Conducts ongoing training with office staff; e.g., leasing paperwork, workplace safety, and any other type of training that may be needed.
Administrative/Office
· Ensures that lease files are completed properly and recertifications are done before the required date.
· Approves all rental applications and signs new move-in contracts and addenda.
· Conducts property inspections with local housing authorities, local, regional and national government agencies, property owners, and IMI Asset Management team.
· Ensure that the property meets all requirements as outlined in IMI audits and regulatory agency audits.
· Responsible for office opening on schedule, condition of office, grounds, and common areas.
· Attends professional development courses as defined by the IMI.
· Maintains records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis both manually and electronically.
· Submits required reports to corporate office on a weekly and monthly basis.
Resident Relations
· Maintains positive employee service attitude.
· Ensure employees are in compliance with all Fair Housing laws.
· Makes periodic inspections with residents of move-in/move-outs.
· Perform occupied unit inspections as required by IMI policies.
· Reviews all notices to vacate to determine the cause of the move-out. Locates any problem areas and develops plans for process improvement.
· Follows IMI policies and procedures to maintain positive resident communications; e.g., resolving complaints, service requests, etc.
Maintenance
· Physically walks and inspects the entire property on a regular basis, at least once a day, including verifying the condition of the overall property, common areas, and vacant apartments.
· Updates Regional Manager of physical and economic occupancy status on a weekly basis. Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure timely turnover of apartments after move-out.
Marketing/Leasing
· Conducts market surveys weekly/monthly (as owner requires) and provides trend report. Periodically shops competing properties and is aware of neighborhood market conditions.
· Shows apartments, handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents and completes appropriate paperwork as needed.
· Maintains awareness of market/industry conditions and trends via trade publications, professional organizations, etc.
Safety
· Reports all liability and property incidents to the corporate office immediately. Ensures that all workers' compensation claims are reported and proper paperwork is completed.
· Property Manager completes any pertinent safety checklists with maintenance staff.
General
· Performs any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager or IMI.
· Becomes familiar with the company's strategic goals each year, striving to accomplish the goals at the site level.

The Probation and Parole Officer position, guided by the Department of Corrections (DOC) mission, plays a central role in managing the correctional population, promoting public safety and encouraging offenders to make positive life changing decisions for their future.
* The officer cooperates with, and solicits information from, the public and criminal justice system and supervises and counsels 80-100 offenders.
* Must have skills and abilities to equally balance social work and law enforcement duties.
* The officer conducts pre-sentence investigations and makes placement recommendations concerning those offenders sentenced to DOC. These investigations are completed with cooperation from other criminal justices' agencies and by using investigative skills; knowledge of laws, rules and regulations pertaining to probation, parole, incarceration, rehabilitation and treatment programs, as well as knowledge of behavioral science.
* The officer then makes recommendations for rehabilitation, treatment plans, conditions of probation, the need for incarceration, and appropriate level (i.e. local jail or Montana State Prison) to the District Court and Parole Board through a written pre-sentence investigation report.
* Officers refer offenders to appropriate resources or programs using departments supervision standards, a risk and needs assessment as well as knowledge of state and community resources and monitors the progress of the client for compliance.
* Officers investigate alleged violations of probation or parole using knowledge of policies & procedures pertaining to violations, search warrants & investigations.
* Officers arrest and detain violators and testify in district court and information hearings relative to sentencing or revocation of client's probation or parole status.
* Officers are trained to handle situations if probation & parole offenders or inmates become hostile & pose a physical threat. This requires the use of Oleoresin Capsicum "O.C. Spray" and firearms and carrying handcuffs.
* Work is of the nature that Officers may work varying schedules to include nights and week-end hours and that the Officer may be called back to work at any hour of the day or night and be available 24/7 when called upon to assist any Department of Corrections Facility or Law Enforcement Agency. The Officer needs to physically make an arrest, defend selves, in high-risk volatile scenarios in and away from the office.
* Travel for job may be required up to 10% of the time in addition to travel for training.
QUALIFICATIONS
Probation and parole officers must have at least a college degree in a related field such as criminology, psychology, social work, sociology, or guidance and counseling and some formal training in behavioral sciences.
Exceptions to this rule must be approved by the department. Related work experience in the areas listed in subsection (1)(b) may be substituted for educational requirements at the rate of 1 year of experience for 9 months formal education if approved by the department. All present employees are exempt from this requirement but are encouraged to further their education at the earliest opportunity. (b) Work experience that may be substituted for the educational requirements in subsection (1)(a) includes experience in the areas of corrections/detention, criminology, education, medicine, psychiatry, psychology, law, law enforcement, social work, sociology, psychiatric nursing, or guidance and counseling.
PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER INFORMATION
This position requires POST Basic Certification after attending training at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy and successfully completing one year of employment with the Department of Corrections. * Be fingerprinted for a criminal history search;

Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is looking for a Food Service Worker to join our Dietary Team!
This position is responsible for assisting the cook and in washing dishes, cleaning and helping serve food for patients, staff and visitors. Must maintain and update knowledge of all equipment and supplies used in the dietary department. Must be an energetic, team-player who is dependable and has a flexible schedule.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors phone and customers.
Assists the cook when needed, cleans patient cart, sets up cart for meals.
Keeps dish room dirty dishes done up as needed.
Sets up patient trays correctly.
Completes the daily task sheets and other assigned paperwork properly.
Maintains the kitchen areas in a clean and orderly manner.
Restocks supplies if needed.
Reports any equipment failures.
Uses chemicals appropriately.
Refills all necessary supplies and dispensers as required.
Wears protective personal equipment as required.
Participates and contributes to department performance improvement and quality programs and initiatives.
Utilizes attendance systems per organizational and departmental guidelines.
Assists the cooks as needed.
Helps in serving line.
Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities
Knowledge of commercial kitchen supplies and equipment preferred.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions, including basic computer use.
Must meet all local health regulation requirements including a criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
Education Requirements
High School Education or equivalent.
Experience
Previous medical center tray-aide experience preferred, including knowledge of sanitation.
Willing to train on many positions, including: Tray Aide, Cook, and Caf' Worker. This can include preparing and serving food to patients and staff, washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen and caf, running the register and helping the team where ever needed.
Healthcare Food Service experience desired but not required.
Schedule:
Days, Evenings, and Weekend shifts may vary.
Primarily eight (8) hour shifts. May work weekends, holidays and a call in status are required to provide coverage.
Hours and shifts may change or rotate to provide coverage and perform the necessary duties.

Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Certified Medical Assistant in the Family Medicine Clinic!
The CMA provides clerical and administrative support such as scheduling appointments. This position works collaboratively with Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RN's LPN's and other department staff to meet the physical, psychosocial, education and spiritual needs of the patient and family. The CMA is responsible for patient flow for the provider through telephone response, exam and procedure assistance, patient education, patient call backs, and direct communication with both the provider and the Practice Manager. This position requires both front office/reception and direct patient care are required on a daily basis.
Major Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provides patient care which includes rooming patients, completing necessary vital signs, recording accurate information into the electronic medical record and other duties as assigned by the physician.
Assists the physician with procedures. Prior to any procedure the MA must ensure that the appropriate consent has been obtained.
Performs tests as directed by the physician (within the scope of practice).
Completes monthly duties (i.e. check out dates, stocking rooms, sample drug closet, crash cart) as assigned in a timely manner to maintain practice compliance with rules and regulations.
Manages care issues that are within the scope of practice such as suture/staple removal, dressing changes, injections, application/removal of braces/casts, etc.
Communicates appropriately and clearly to the practice manager, co-workers, and physician.
Ensures that all instruments are properly handled and sterilized and that all rooms are fully stocked at the end of the day. Supplies are to be ordered in a timely manner so that patient care is never impacted.
MAs are cross-trained and able to function as front office staff if necessary.
All medical information that is gathered by the MA needs to be accurately and timely placed in the EMR system. The MA needs to be functional within the current EMR environment.
Manages follow-up calls and questions from patients within the scope of practice.
Performs all aspects of patient care within an environment which optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical or health errors, all while supporting a culture of safety and confidentiality.
Ensures that all lab specimens are taken to the lab by the end of each business day and that no labs are left overnight in the office.
Ensures that all equipment is handled in a safe and correct manner.
Works well under pressure in a high traffic work environment.
Participates in monthly staff meetings, training sessions, and annual education sessions, disaster drills, etc.

Functions independently with self-confidence in a clinical office environment.

Educational Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent.
Current CMA certification.
BLS certification preferred; must obtain within 3 months of hire.
SAPAA certification preferred; must obtain within 6 months of hire.
Experience
Six (6) months of related work experience in a previous medical office or other related medical practice preferred, but not required.
Experience performing minor procedures and minor in-office lab testing under the CLIA wavered test status regulations preferred.
Schedule
Schedule will be based on the needs of the clinic.
