Overview Job Summary:
The Line Operator coordinates the proper process baths and materials needed to produce the highest quality product for our customers. Works closely with Processing Line/Shift Supervisors on coordinating priorities of products to best utilize the process tanks in the most efficient and safest manner possible and in meeting required production schedules. Strives to produce consistency from load to load and shift to shift by means of communication.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for having the loads inspected prior to picking them up for identification, tooling, security, heights, and depth location.
Coordinates all loads with Team Lead/Shift Supervisor to utilize all open tank time efficiently.
Responsible for making sure there is a program prior to processing loads. If not, contact Team Lead/Supervisor immediately.
Process special loads as assigned using precise specifications and proper communication between process techs, supervisors, leads, and other line operators.
Ability to run multiple lines in facilities where that is applicable.
Strives to produce consistency from load to load and shift to shift by means of communication and teamwork.
Responsible for ensuring product is processed to the program and acceptable per the required standards/specification.
Identifies and escalates issues with product in the raw state. Notify the supervisor of problems such as: excessive oil, deep and blind holes, areas that may air pocket, corrosion, galvanic, etc. In addition, must be ablet o recommend process adjustments to meet end product specifications.
Participates in tank maintenance activities.
Rejects any loads that do not meet standard processing requirements.
Monitors pH and solution levels in all tanks that require it. Monitor tanks and make adds as required by daily checklists and procedures. Advise lab if non-conforming tanks are found. Change tank filters when required.
Displays good communication and ability to interact effectively with others.
Responds to alarms and follows applicable protocol. Monitor proper functioning of waste treatment system if applicable.
Understands how to operate standard equipment such as rectifiers, pumps, and cranes. Understands setup calibrations and basic trouble shooting for equipment including data tracks and controllers.
Responsible for documenting and maintaining accurate information on run sheets such as correct temperatures, loads, voltages, etc.
Provides proper shift handoff and strive to maintain consistency between shifts.
Keeps all work areas and equipment clean, safe, and orderly.
Responsible for cleaning the contact pads on the work bars and tanks to ensure full electrical contact through the loads.
Responsible for immediately reporting any equipment problems to via designated procedure.

Physical/Environmental/Chemical Hazards & Requirements:
Sharp parts and tooling, heavy carts, occasional temperature fluctuations and humidity levels, heat from ovens, moderate noise levels, limited hand and air tool use, compressed air (must use hearing protection).
Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. unassisted.
Must be able to differentiate between color variances.
Potential splash exposure near process lines.
Various chemicals used in process.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma
Strong math skills
Good oral and written communication skills.
Successful completion of Line Operator Trainee role or equivalent experience.

Overview
Job Summary
Rack, un-rack and package customer product in a safe and productive manner.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
Rack, un-rack and package customer parts per the work order.
Ensures all customer product and tooling is handled properly to avoid damage.
Monitors all equipment to ensure they are performing and calibrated properly.
Visually inspects product prior to racking while notifying the Team Leader/Supervisor of any non-conformances.
Records necessary racking and un-racking information on work order.
Works safely at all times and complies with all safety regulations while working with Hazardous materials and chemicals.
Maintains equipment, and work area in a clean and organized manner.
Works with a positive attitude and reports all questions or problems to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed.
Physical/Environmental/Chemical Hazards:
Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Ability to speak English sufficiently to allow for adequate communication in emergencies and to allow for effective cooperation with teammates.

Overview
Position Summary
The role serves as a location-based human capital leader, who will be responsible for managing the core business functions including, talent acquisition and development, employee relations, benefits communication and interpretation, compensation administration and compliance, and employment policy interpretation and application.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
Collaborates with the location leadership to understand business strengths and opportunities related to people systems. Works with site and corporate leadership to develop plans and actions that will help the location achieve its performance objectives.
Understands the business trends and patterns to help support labor planning requirements to maintain productivity and to ensure labor costs and labor rates are within the established guidelines.
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring process and decisions for all hourly roles for the division(s). May also provides recruitment support for salary positions.
Uses current recruitment tools and social media with a

Administers the full-cycle recruitment process in the human resource information system for posting and hiring.
Supports the development, implementation, and administration of learning systems to ensure all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the essential functions of their work successfully and effectively.
Oversees the performance management process, including formal and informal coaching, feedback, documentation, and employment decision-making.
Models accountability in performance by taking personal ownership of setting goals, meeting expectations, and achieving results.
Helps develop the skills of all leaders in coaching staff, providing feedback, and establishing a culture that promotes high-performance behaviors.
Responsible for investigating formal employment complaints and issues to ensure conflicts are resolved constructively, investigations are conducted compliantly, and the company policies and procedures are upheld.
Implements and maintains policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all divisions.
Responsible for legal compliance and partners with department leaders on all applicable labor laws.
Coordinates and instructs new employee orientation, onboarding, and training.
Drive employee engagement through the administration of recognition programs and organization of events. (i.e. summer picnics and holiday parties).
Responsible for the reporting of daily labor to each division and providing data analysis on items such as: overtime, attendance, benefits enrollment, etc.
Manage temporary agency relationships to ensure pricing is competitive, service level agreements are upheld, and performance is reviewed on a regular basis using metrics such as temp productivity and attendance.
Works with the divisional leadership team and Safety Coordinator to maintain and improve the workers' compensation and safety programs.
Works directly with Safety Coordinator to ensure training programs are in place and that ISO, OSHA, and company requirements are being met. Delegates training responsibilities to proper personnel.
Education/Qualifications
4-year college degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
Proficient in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
