Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for leading and assisting personnel in the completion of daily production tasks.
* Responsible for communicating tasks and instruction to work cell personnel.
* Meet minimum standards of safety per assigned department.

Qualifications/Training:

* Must have good understanding of the parts flow throughout the building.
* 2 plus years of experience in related field preferred.
* Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools. Must be familiar with the safe operation of various tools - drill, screw gun, sander, jig saw etc..
* Must have basic PC Skills and be capable of accessing the required computer information to perform the required duties.
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicates simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.

Verify vehicle information- identify damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems by inspecting all customer vehicles at time of receipt (i.e., interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment), noting any damage or repair to frame/paint, engine noise, AC/heater operation, radio, tire condition, etc.
Prepare and complete all necessary documentation.
Maintain knowledge to ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
Conduct thorough assessment of vehicle condition following the Manheim Express Inspection process.
Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer's lots safely.
Understand basic NAAA frame/structure guidelines as well as common vehicle condition flaws and how to identify them.
Perform basic mechanical checks on vehicles including powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components.
Utilize SalesForce.com for reporting, lead input and customer performance reviews.
Inform and educate dealers of changes in auction policies and procedures.

Performing quality checks on inspections that have been performed on fire protection systems, including fire alarms, fire sprinkler and other water based protection systems, and special hazard suppression systems, including kitchen fire protection systems and fire extinguishers.
Ensure that inspections and installations comply with state and NFPA codes and regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, documenting any deviations or non-compliance issues.
Generate comprehensive reports daily that will be distributed to employees and their managers.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Operation Managers, Supervisors, and service and installation teams to address quality concerns, provide guidance on corrective actions, and improve our quality standard.
Provide consultations with techs and suggested follow up training when needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Training and Development:
Provide training to inspection teams on quality control standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about industry advancements and changes in codes and standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience within the fire protection and life safety systems industry.
In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and standards (i.e. NFPA, local building codes).
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
