What YOU will do:
· Studies Project Manual, job specifications and construction drawings to ensure timely start and finish, safety, quality of work and subcontractor performance for each phase of construction.

· Willing to travel a minimum of 14 weeks at a time across the U.S or as determined by the Project Manager.

Verify that each Subcontractor has completed his contractual requirements as a condition to beginning his work. This includes a Certificate of Insurance, a fully executed Subcontract or Master Service Agreement, and a Safety Program including all licensing to operate equipment required to perform their duties.
Ensure that all required permits or licenses have been obtained and are posted on site along with all required safety notices.
Cooperate with, and direct when necessary, the activities of the inspection agencies, and to affect remedial actions indicated by the reports of these agencies.
Complete daily walk through for each project/unit verifying work has been completed and communicate issues/needs to the subcontractors and suppliers.
Maintain good relations and communications with all involved in the project including the homebuyers and the public officials.
Schedule and perform meetings with the Homebuyers which include but are not limited to the Pre-construction meeting, Pre-drywall meeting, Orientation walk, and the Closing Walk.

Project Management

JOB DESCRIPTION
Lehman Daman is seeking a well skilled and experienced Superintendent that will be responsible for overseeing and coordinatingall activities of various projects.The individual in this role will be responsible for meeting with project managers, engineers, and architects to determine build needs, devise construction schedules and timelines, and oversee subcontractors throughout the project. Candidates should have experience with project management and construction, as well as the ability to adhere to deadlines and budgets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily on-site management of construction projects
Always maintaining our company culture of "safety"; leading by example and having a passion for safety excellence.
Responsible for maintaining project schedules, suppliers, cost, and quality.
Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
Self-perform carpentry-type items as needed, such as doors, door hardware, blocking, partitions, etc.
Maintain required paperwork, such as daily reports, timesheets, safety audits and drawings.
Act as a mediator between onsite personnel to devise mutually beneficial solutions.
Perform walkthrough and aftercare punch items after project completion.
SKILLS:
Ability to be a positive and effective day-to-day on-site leader of construction projects.
10-Hour OSHA training (30-Hour preferred) Lehman Daman will provide the class training through The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio, if needed.
Knowledge of basic technology (email, mobile phones, tablets, digital photos).

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
