The Telecom Field Supervisor will oversee the operations of multiple construction sites and the daily activities at each site. She/he will be responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials. He/she will supervise the foreman and crews performing work at each job site. This position will be accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. This position is responsible for assisting management with clinical operations in the field. They will help with recruiting, supervise new hire training, and act as a liaison between the assistants in the field, Branch Managers and Field Operations Manager. Works collaboratively with all departments to achieve the coordination of high-quality care. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, on-board, and train field assistants.
