The Warehouse Supervisor serves as support to the Materials Manager and the Master Schedulers of the Materials Department. Train shipping and receiving employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, assist with appraising performances, rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure area is fully staffed to meet the material movement needs. Provide support for the Material Tech in the event of vacation, absences or call-in day. Responsible to cover docks in between shifts. Provide support to the Materials department with day-to-day shipping and receiving task. Perform Ford eDDL/CMMS training to respond to customer notices. Maintain and monitor communication board(s). Provide support to other facilities (as required) as back up to cover for vacations/absences. You must possess the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations as well as write reports, business correspondence and other documentation as requested.

Responsibilities
Supervises, assigns and reviews the work of employees engaged in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of components and finished goods. Gathers and assimilates pertinent information regarding the shipping schedule, logistics of materials, and components and or finished goods exiting or entering the facility. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of goods received, released and shipped.
Schedule hourly shipping and receiving associates.
Monitors time and attendance of hourly shipping and receiving associates.
Track and maintain time and attendance through the appropriate time system(s).
Ensure adherence to procedures, work instructions and forms.
Must ensure Hilo/fork-lift drivers are adequately trained on all shipping and receiving processes and procedures.
Provides support to the Materials Department as required.
Review plant layout to ensure all containers and materials are placed in proper location.
Must accurately update the daily shipping schedule for each customer as to shipping schedules, times and finished goods inventory.
Train (as needed) on the MRP/ERP system to track inventory and shipping requirements.
Assist in the physical inventory activities.
Qualifications
A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a related position
An Associate degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Previous supervisory experience
Four (4) years of experience with MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, Email, and Spreadsheets) at an advanced level
A minimum of four (4) years of experience with basic material tracking software (accurately and proficiently performing data entry).
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Location: This position demands full-time, on-site presence. The primary work-site will be one of our Lake Orion, MI plant, with occasional travel to our Corporate office in Redford, MI. Remote work options are not available for this role.
Responsibilities
Works closely with staff in operations, engineering, human resources, and other functions to provide technical environmental safety and health support and direction to corporate and production personnel.
Develops annual company EH&S goals and updates monthly metrics.
Develops and delivers curriculum for New Hire Orientation and other EH&S training.

Advises manufacturing plants and corporate staff of regulatory changes with which the plants must comply. Advance notice should be provided so that compliance on the effective date of new regulations is ensured.
Audits practices and records of manufacturing plants to ensure compliance with company programs and federal/state environmental safety and health regulations.
Monitors lost-time injuries/illnesses and worker's compensation claims.
Conducts Worker's Compensation loss review with Plant controller.
Reviews plant safety committee meeting minutes and safety inspection reports and follows up as necessary.
Reviews injury/illness and noninjury incident investigation reports and follows up as necessary.
Qualifications
Six years' experience performing in a Safety Engineer / Manager role in a related assembly environment are required
A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in a related field
Previous experience and the ability to recognize onsite risk factors and take appropriate action with firmness and tact.
Experience and a solid understanding of applicable federal, state and local safety regulations and industry standards, including ANSI B 11.19, RIA 15.06, OSHA 1910, EN 954-1 (+), EN13849-1, OSHA 1910.147, NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910.132, NEC Article 110.16.

Position Overview:
The Supplier Quality Incoming Auditor Intern will be responsible for auditing poor-performing suppliers, reviewing their 8D reports, evaluating their processes, and inspecting incoming materials to ensure compliance with our quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

8D Review: Review and assess suppliers' 8D reports (8 Disciplines Problem Solving) to ensure they have effectively addressed quality concerns and implemented sustainable solutions.
