ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest's wins. Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
Under direct supervision supplies customer credit information to Casino Pit personnel. Prepare Counter Checks drawn against a patron's credit line in compliance with N.J.A.C. 13:69-1.25, for the issuance of chips at the gaming table. Prepare customer deposit withdrawal slips for patrons requesting to draw funds from their Customer deposit account in compliance with N.J.A.C. 13:69-1.24, for the issuance of chips at the gaming table. Input request for fills and request for credits into the computer system to initiate the movement of chips to and from the gaming tables. Input Casino rating information prepared by the Casino personnel into the computer system for table and slot play. Ability to move around freely and quickly in a congested work area. May perform other related job functions, to include: assist in tracking amount of bets, assist Supervisor during tournaments completing tournament documentation. Completes special assignments as required.
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience utilizing MS Word and Excel.
