General Summary: This person is responsible for the orderliness and general cleanliness of section 5. Assists directs contractors and owners of non-receivables. Coordinates yard capacity's with disposal company dispatch. Primary operator of Burn Box and related components including minor maintenance and periodic machinery cleaning and ash hauling. Will provide general maintenance to Section five's seventy two acres encompassing rock and soil screening and pit materials organization. Position may also encompasses maintenance responsibilities for common areas, roads and bike paths, signs, lakes and streams, litter patrol, common area lawns, work order tasks and snow removal.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

* Primary operator of Burn Box and related components including minor maintenance and periodic machinery cleaning and ash hauling.
* Direct homeowners and contractors of proper disposal locations and accepted materials.
* Monitor disposal sites to ensure only authorized items are disposed of in the appropriate areas.
* Ensure people have the proper authorization to dispose of loads in section 5
* Common area lawn mowing, weeding, blowing, fertilizing.
* Sweep, patch and shoulder dress roads. Thin shrubs in common areas and remove snow from roads and walkways.
* Safely perform a variety of general grounds maintenance services.
* Ability to professionally interact with guests, homeowners and employees.
* Ability to provide timely response to after-hours emergency service calls

Specific Job Skills:

* Must have valid CDL Class B driver license in good standing.
* Must be able to safely navigate over rough ground to inspect acreage.
* Must be ability to follow oral and written directions.
* Must be able to read and write the English language.
* Speaking ability required to communicate with customers.
* Physical ability to work for extended periods of manual labor.
* Mechanical skills are needed to safely operate tractors, motor vehicles and a variety of mechanized small equipment.
* Ability to work unsupervised and make minor decisions.
* Ability to keep track of time and materials for daily time sheet reporting.
* Ability to professionally interact with guests, homeowners and employees.

Job Summary:

The EPJ Rider Operator (Bulk/Outbound) is an integral position within the DC operation. They must support their team, pull bulk product, and build pallets correctly to assure the product is shipped to the store accurately. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of our brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure alignment with Company Mission, Vision and Core Values.
• Prepare for and execute daily shipping duties.
• Participate in Cross training and development of employees as directed.
• Assist in all areas of the Distribution Center, as needed.
• Use good judgment to carry out detailed written or oral instructions in English. Be able to deal with variables that occur on occasion that might deviate from the normal working situation.
• Be a team player with a positive can-do attitude.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, SKILL and ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Physical Requirements With or Without Accommodation:

• Stand on concrete floor for long periods of time.
• Make visual comparisons and see slight differences in shapes and sizes of figures, widths and lengths of lines.
• Move hands, fingers and eyes rapidly and accurately in making precise movements with speed.
• Extend hands, arms in all directions; seizing, holding, grasping, picking merchandise mainly with the use of fingers.
• Move fingers and manipulate small, medium and larger items rapidly and accurately.
• Must be able to squat, kneel and bend below the waist-level to lift up to 50lbs from floor to chest.
• Frequently obtain merchandise from below waist-level and raise it to above the head.
• Use electronic hand-held devices for order fulfillment.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner

EDUCATIONAL, CERTIFICATE and LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have the ability to quickly and accurately perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend conversational English to be able to read stock orders, safety rules and instructions in the use of machinery.
• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.

Job Duties

• Remove trash from all departments in a timely manner.
• Must be able to work with chemicals and trash compacting equipment, bundle cardboard.
• Strip product.
• Move empty bins from Meat Prep to offal area or trash dumpster
• Follow strict GMP practices in working around production areas.
• Other responsibilities of teamwork as Supervisor determines
• Unclog drains as needed
