Responsibilities
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring and controlling an area of a pit consisting of one or more games to assure the delivery of customer service standards, while maintaining the integrity of the games.

Five years table games experience required. Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above is preferred. Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games.

Ensures Controlled Substances pick slips are checked for completeness and accuracy. Ensures DEA Registration Number is included on every order. Pulls Controlled Substances products from stock for customer orders as pick slips are printed. Compares products to pick slips to ensure proper filling of orders (i.e., product size, strength, dating and unit of sale, quantities) and ensures product is shipped with accompanying literature, brochures, etc. Also ensures product codes and prices match, as well as product descriptions. Packs and prepares Controlled Substances to be shipped using the most economical and safe method of packing available. Ensures products are shipped in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations which includes, but is not limited to, proper labeling and logging of all products classified as hazardous materials. Ensures all orders have been checked for accuracy of picking prior to shipment; brings to the attention of the Distribution Center supervisor or manager, any and all errors relating to customer orders. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
