PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Client Service Associate serves as the point of contact for client relationships designated by our internal Family Office Client Groups. The Client Service Associate plays a key role in onboarding, maintaining, and enhancing relationships to ensure each receives a personalized, customized Pitcairn experience.
The Client Service Associate manages the disbursement of funds, coordinates the account structure and operational features, acts as a liaison to the custodian, our internal Operations, IT, and Tax departments, and corresponds with external advisors. The Client Service Associate is a vital client group member who provides direct support and task management to Relationship Managers, Family Wealth Associates, and Family Wealth Analysts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide first-level client support.
• Coordinate all client account paperwork.
• Coordinate cash distributions (wires/check/ACHs).
• Coordinate bill pay administration, callbacks, and payment processing.
• Process internal & external asset/account transfer forms.
• Process charitable contributions and prepare associated correspondence.
• Process and administer loans and lines of credit (LOC).
• Maintain and update Tamarac CRM and Fidelity platforms (address changes).
• Provide delivery support for tax documents (1099, K-1).
• Provide basic client portal support (i.e., password resets, document uploads).
• Coordinate meetings (primarily external meetings with multiple Trustees, CPAs, and Attorneys).
• Work on both external and internal team projects.
• Provide additional backup/support for other Family Office Client Groups and Client Service Associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned for the efficient operation of the department.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity in the financial services or related industry. Computer literate with above average working knowledge of
MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint. Experience with financial services and CRM software programs desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Relationship Managers with comprehensive financial planning, including but not limited to:
Financial - Prepare cash flow reports, balance sheets, and net worth statements; analyze the impact of various financial market return assumptions and spending rates on wealth projections.
Investments - Implement and monitor client's asset allocation; perform trading and rebalancing analysis; initiate transactions for mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts, tax-loss harvesting and portfolio monitoring to meet cash needs.
Tax - Coordinate the collection of income tax information, calculation and payment of taxes, and client requests for tax projections.
Insurance - Examination of insurance needs (life, property & casualty, long-term care, excess liability, etc.) and coordination of implementation with the Family Office Insurance Administrator.
Create reports and other client deliverables. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to generate custom content to meet the needs of complex client families.
Review client fee calculations for accuracy and obtain the necessary approvals for asset specific fee exceptions.
Ensure annual compliance review requirements are met for all accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned for the efficient operation of the department.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other Social Sciences field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-focused professional services organization. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, outlook, Excel, Power-Point) and familiarity with financial analysis applications.
CERTIFICATIONS:

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.

Compensation:
We know that building a business takes time, so we've built a new financial advisor compensation program that supports and rewards you as you learn the skills, systems and business practices you need to succeed in our client-first business model. The new financial advisor compensation program includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions and compensation for new assets gathered for the first five years.

Supplemental Starting Salary Range $45,000 - $100,000

A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry

Licensing:
SIE (which can be obtained without Firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 will be required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period.
FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurance licenses will be required.
As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA and SEC), as well as required CE training to ensure licenses remain in good standing.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :
