None. It's just a paycheck and you're just a number. They don't care that you have an outside life, they spring random OT on you the day of and expect you to commit and point you if you can't commit, anyone who isn't a lead or higher gets treated like garbage and talked to like a stepchild. So if you're okay with those conditions it's for you.

They fire you for no reason and tell you they will contact you to tell you why. They never call.

The work was easy. Not to much hard labor compared to FedEx. I was at FedEx for over a year.
