Pitney Bowes is now hiring for Direct Hire Full Time Onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician II in our Indianapolis, IN facility. 1st shift: Tuesday - Saturday 6:30am - 2:30p Rate: 26.00 an hour You are: A Performance-driven contributor who can effectively troubleshoot, repair, or diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues on industrial equipment with little to no supervision. You are a self-motivated individual who seeks opportunities to learn effective ways of increasing efficiency and reducing downtime of industrial mail sorting equipment.
You will:
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair complex mechanical and electronic industrial equipment including conveyor systems, and sortation machines
* Respond to equipment break down or emergency situations
* Utilize inventory, pm schedule, and work order systems to effectively reduce downtime
* Assist in maintaining the spare parts/supply inventory
* Read and interpret schematics, charts, service manuals and parts diagram
* Evaluate and assess equipment problems by troubleshooting and completing repairs in a timely manner
* Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations on industrial machinery including belt/pulley systems, hydraulic and pneumatic components, motors, photo-eyes, relays, drive assemblies, limit switches, proximity sensors, and solenoids
* Use a multi-meter or any other type of electronic testing equipment to safely test or execute appropriate maintenance
* Perform all additional duties as required
Your background:
As an Onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician II, you have:
* 1-3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial mechanical equipment including mailing equipment/sortation, conveyance, PLC systems, or any other industrial electro-mechanical production equipment
* Familiarity with Windows PC environment as it pertains to the operation of automated equipment
* Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, read schematics, establish priorities, and work under deadline pressures
* Experience with electro-mechanics troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on machines and equipment

**Overview:**
The Vice President, Sales Compensation is responsible for the strategy, design, governance, and execution of Xerox's global sales compensation programs across all businesses and geographies. + Partner with Finance and Data Analytics to develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for Sales and executive leadership.
+ Provide insights that support quota methodology, performance management, and GTM decisions.
+ Provide leadership and direction to the global sales compensation team, setting clear objectives, expectations, timelines, and performance standards.
+ Serve as a player-coach, directly engaging in complex analyses and design work while developing and elevating the capabilities of the team.

**What You Need to Succeed:**

**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for engaging and establishing clients on a daily basis by outbound calls
+ Create long-term relationships with clients with onsite visits as needed.
+ Collaborate with the Senior Sales Director to develop a sale strategy and set aggressive goals.
+ Work with dedicated Sales Support teams to resolve any client service issues, returns, and collections.
+ Help design and deliver high-end solutions to your clients with our in-house Advanced Solutions Group.
+ Build upon a general knowledge of IT software, hardware, and managed services that you pass on to potential clients.
+ Ensure Xerox ITS clients receive a high level of satisfaction.
+ Branding Xerox ITS as a top provider of IT Solutions.
**Requirements**
+ 5+ years of experience working at VAR/Reseller.
+ High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
+ Diligent work ethic.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Strong attention to detail.
