Purpose
To contribute to the profitable growth of the company's LTL and supply chain solution services.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with a special focus on building shipper relationships.
• Leverage PITT OHIO service offerings to create a deeper relationship with existing customers.
• Work with Market Development to prospect and acquire new PITT OHIO Enterprise Account customers.
• Secure accurate supply chain maps to support our consultative sales approach.
• Maintain accurate records, including marketing and sales advances, in Dynamics CRM for all assigned active and perspective customers.
• Use marketing research analysis to develop strategic account profiles to penetrate targeted accounts in your sales territory.
• Effectively communicate the value of logistic and supply chain solutions to your account base.
• Successfully negotiate and improve yield results with your assigned accounts by working with internal stakeholders and tools.
• Collaborate with PITT OHIO's supply chain group and all of the PITT OHIO Transportation Group Operating Companies to implement value added solutions for your customer base.
• Support PITT OHIO Operations and Administration in reducing cost with your customer base
• Collaborate with and support the efforts of the Operations, Pricing, Safety, Claims, Collections and Sales (local Outside Sales and Inside Sales) Departments
• Support all Company goals and policies

Other Duties

Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years sales experience
• Previous experience or ability to learn the transportation industry preferred.

• Fluent English language skills required to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs fleet equipment safely and correctly;
Conducts failure analysis, repairs, and rebuilds fleet equipment components correctly;
Informs management about housekeeping opportunities, harmful working conditions, and unsafe work practices, and suggests corrective actions;

Two years' verifiable experience in tractor and trailer inspection and repair OR a technical school degree, or certification in Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer Maintenance with one verifiable experience;
A valid state-issued driver's license;
Must pass DOT physical and drug screen;
A CDL, ASE and State and/or Federal inspection certification is preferred but not required;
Command of English language to communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair and maintain a variety of heavy trucks and semi-trailers and other mechanical equipment is required;
Basic hand tools are required;
Must have working knowledge of the operating principles of diesel engines and repair of heavy trucks;

Summary
The Manager Inventory reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and has overall responsibility for tracking incoming and finished goods materials, packaging supplies, etc. required in the warehousing and distribution of customer products. Provides accounting support regarding inventory issues. Reporting to this position are cycle counters and a clerk. The position requires direct involvement with daily operations and future projects to assure activities support facility goals and objectives.
Essential Functions
Tracks day-to-day facility inventory costs and assists in supporting the facility KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to consistently meet/exceed established goals, including but not limited to GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and maintenance.
Maintain daily reports that are established to measure daily, weekly and monthly KPI's.

Develop and manage the facility cycle count program and the inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle program.
Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues and office support to the I/O Coordinators and receiving/shipping office personnel.

Summary

**Summary**
The Manager Inventory reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and has overall responsibility for tracking incoming and finished goods materials, packaging supplies, etc. required in the warehousing and distribution of customer products. Provides accounting support regarding inventory issues. Reporting to this position are cycle counters and a clerk.
