Approve all product invoices before submitting to the accounting department. Responsible for the proper accounting and reconciliation of the POS (Point of Sale systems) and member revenues. EXPERIENCE Strong shift management skills to effectively lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods. Ability to create innovative menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and vendors effectively. Monitoring drivers for proper procedures and the use of personal protection equipment (PPE). Reporting safety/environmental issues to management. Understanding and adhering to all Safety and Environmental rules and regulations. Performing any other tasks assigned by a supervisor as the need arises. Qualifications & Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED (college diploma is preferred). A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is required.
