Disposition of vehicles through group trading, online auctions, and live traditional auctions. Complete utilization of the Vauto tool. Accountability for vehicle aging, Vauto metrics, and sales performance. Communication with the stores (Sales Managers and GM's) with which vehicles they need to acquire. These are to be the "right vehicles," vehicles that have lower market day supply and fill gaps in inventory segments.
