Nothing to like, cold recruitment, no direction, long hours

Cons of working at Pivotal Private Equity

Salary pay doesn't work out well when your workload exceeds 65 hours per week. Limited direction, below average benefits, felt deceived by recruiter, and compensation does not match what was promised. Very high employee turnover.
